All of our Smoked & Cooked products are made in our state of the art sausage kitchen and use only the freshest ingredients. We do not use any mechanically separated or filler meat products. After blending to perfection with spices and special seasonings they're smoked with natural hardwoods to cook schedules we have perfected over the years.
